Robert Frost himself recognizes a great need for fence, he said the famous line, Fences make good neighbors. Mr. Frost must have a big round of applause for what he had said because fences carry a big role! Fences play a significant role in protecting your home and property. If you hadn't had fences, there could have been disputes over your neighborhood's pet or property line. Worst case is that your home could be more vulnerable to thieves who might barge into your home at night.
Why should we build fences?
Throughout history, fencing has been constructed for security and property issues. For example, early American settlers claimed their land by simply fencing it in. In the United Kingdom, fences served as boundary. Fences were two adjacent plots that divide properties from the other.
The utmost reason for building fences is to set boundaries. Aside from papers and legal documents, one could easily claim his property rights from the fences it demarcate. You could easily sue trespassers and illegal tenants if you have fences on your property.
Privacy is one of your greatest possessions. No one ever wanted to be meddle through their private life. You're not in Big Brother's House to be publicly viewed, thus, you wouldn't want your neighbor to hear or see your private affairs. If you wish to sun-bathe in your private pool, fences can protect you from prying eyes.
